Who We Are

Skogsberg&Smart is the name of a new design company comprising Magnus Skogsberg&Mimmi Smart. We met 15 years ago while working in advertising in Stockholm. Magnus was an account handler and a stylist, while I worked as an Art Director. After a few years we went our separate ways, but remained best of friends. Magnus went on to work in the film and TV-industry, as a director as well as in front of the camera. I came to London and started a successful media company.

The idea for our design company came while we both renovated our own houses from scratch. We started sharing ideas and realized that quite often they were the same, so we made a few pieces of customized interior details for our own houses. And now we’re designing for you, too. We only make things we like and that we are proud of. And we are really fussy, believe me. Classic designs that you never get tired of - very often simple but with a twist. That is Skogsberg&Smart.
