TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to users of skogsbergsmart.com. These conditions apply to sales of products by skogsbergsmart.com to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.skogsbergsmart.com and are not related to any other conditions, which are applied in stores. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

PAYMENT & PRICES
We accept payments by Paypal and DIBS, VISA and MasterCard. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Please view shipping below for shipping costs.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to incoterm delivered duty unpaid (ddu). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries. A complete list of countries that we ship to can be found under ‘shipping cost’. If you prefer delivery to a country not on the list, please email info(a)skogsbergsmart.com for special delivery.
The order is shipped within 1-4 business days. The shipping time depends on the location of the buyer. All shipments are traceable. If a product is out of stock, the delivery time can be extended. For longer delivery delays, you will always have the possibility of revoking the order. If so, contact Customer Service. We reserve the right of being out of stock as well as for eventual faulty prices.
When your order is received, we will send an automatic order confirmation to the email you have entered. Please save your order confirmation as reference when contacting Customer Service. The order confirmation is no guarantee that the products are in stock.
All orders are sent from Stockholm, Sweden. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Costs associated with any kind of customs, duties and taxes are covered by the customer and not by Skogsberg&Smart.

Within the rest of the world
Freight will be calculated depending on weight of your order.
Should the product be damaged or disappear during the transport, Skogsberg&Smart is held responsible. If damaged, Customer Service must be provided with a photo of the package and products within seven (7) days after receiving the package. If the delivery does not appear, contact Customer Service within twenty (20) days of order date. The customer is held responsible for damage or disappearance if the product is returned.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Skogsberg&Smart. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Skosgberg&Smart will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. The same type of product, subject to availability, will replace faulty items. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
We guarantee that the products you order are flawless and in mint condition at the time of delivery. Should you receive a defect product or wrong delivery, contact Costumer Service as soon as possible, but latest within 7 days. Customer Service accepts notification of faults and will send you a prepaid return envelope. Return the product in the condition and protective in which it was received, together with a damage or claims report, and you will receive a new respectively correct product. The faulty product must be in unused condition (sealing or protective plastic may not be broken). Return the product together with the delivery note (or a copy of it, both front and reverse sides). Note the reason for return on the reverse side of the invoice. NOTE! Before returning the faulty/wrong product you must contact Customer Service in order to have the claim approved and the return postage prepaid. The responsibility for faults of a product on order is limited to what has been indicated.
Should a package that has not been collected be returned, any costs associated with the order will be non-refundable to customer.
In case of force majeure, Skosgberg&Smart’s obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and Skogsberg&Smart can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us. A force majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Skosgberg&Smart will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
